Terma Energia’s production activities take place at the facilities in via Rosolino Pilo 75, Magenta (MI), in the western area of the province of Milan, approximately 20 km from the city center.
The plant is located in an area easily accessible from both Milan and the nearby A4 Milan–Turin motorway, and is connected to the main routes thanks to the Milan ring road system.

Access and logistics

The production site is equipped with a large yard dedicated to loading and unloading goods, allowing for the safe handling of heavy vehicles and articulated lorries.
The outdoor spaces and access points are designed to facilitate logistical operations for suppliers, carriers, and customers performing pickups or deliveries.
